Yes. While group collaboration drives the program, optional 1:1 coaching ensures your specific business goals and challenges are directly addressed. The program structure provides participants the opportunity to ask real, live questions about their business so the instructor and group can actively solve problems and train for resolution development.
How is progress tracked?
Through structured goal-setting, accountability sessions, and performance check-ins that help you stay focused and on-track.

How long is the program and what’s the time commitment?
Sessions run on a bi-weekly schedule with each cohort lasting approximately one year. Expect 2–3 hours per session plus time for implementation between meetings.
What’s the format?
The mastermind is conducted via live Zoom sessions to accommodate busy owners and regional accessibility. Select live workshops or retreats may be offered periodically throughout the program.
When does the next cohort start?
We offer only 4 cohorts that begin throughout the year. Enrollment is limited to maintain a high-value, interactive experience.

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on program level and whether 1:1 coaching is included. Schedule an information session to discuss your goals and find the best fit. (And yes - training may qualify as a business expense.)
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer flexible monthly payment options for annual enrollment
What’s the refund or cancellation policy?
Because of limited enrollment, cancellations must be made before the cohort start date. Refunds may be available within a short window; details are covered during your enrollment call.

How big are the groups?
Groups are intentionally small - large enough for diverse perspectives, but intimate enough for real discussion, collaboration, and accountability. Standard size is 7-10 seats per cohort.

Yes. You’ll work alongside peers in construction and related trades, gaining insights into how similar businesses are scaling profitably.
Is there support after the program?

Participants in the program will receive optional cultivated lists of providers and vendors (some include program discounts) to add support and resources while growing and building their business.
